Here you can cancel your paid AskAlva subscription – no login, no reason, and no notice period required.
What happens next
- You'll immediately see a confirmation on your screen, with the date and time it was received.
- You'll also get a written confirmation sent to the email address on file.
- Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid period. After that, it will end automatically, and you won't be charged again.
- If someone has cancelled by mistake using your address, you can undo it with a single click on the link in the confirmation email.

You can also cancel informally by emailing us at info@askalva.net or by post. Alternatively, if you're logged in, you'll find a 'Manage subscription' option in your account where you can end your subscription directly with the payment provider.
